”If I forget Thee O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither... of Babylon”, is the original name of the song which was written by M. Mendel-Dulizky to a traditional melody. It praises Jerusalem and expresses the longing for the city.

Zion tamati, Zion chemdati,

Lach nafshi merachok homia.

Tishkach yemini im eshkachech, yafati,

Ad te’etar or kivri alai piha.
